Tareekh ke Auraq: Yeh tehreer Roznama Atemad ke ijra (October 1970) se pehle ke ek din ki kahani hai, jo dastiyab tareekhi makhaz se murattab ki gayi hai.

Hafta, 14 February 1948. Pakistan ko bane chhe mahine hue hain. Sibi mein sardiyan rukhsat ho rahi hain aur shehar mein wohi raunaq hai jo har baras February mein lautti hai: ghoron aur maweshiyon ki mandi, mele ka hujoom, aur door daraz se sardaron aur motabarin ki aamad. Magar is baras darbar ki sadarat koi British Agent to the Governor General nahin kar raha. Kursi-e-sadarat par Pakistan ke Governor General Muhammad Ali Jinnah hain. Sarkari majmua-e-taqareer mein is din ki taqreer ka unwan darj hai: "Balochistan ke liye taraqqi ka naya daur".

Sibi Darbar: Sandeman se Quaid-e-Azam tak

Sibi Darbar koi nayi cheez nahin thi. 1907 ke district gazetteer ke mutabiq angrezon ne 1878 mein Sibi par qabze ke baad naya shehar basaya to is ka naam Sandemanabad rakha, agarche purana naam hi chalta raha. Yeh shehar Balochistan ki hukumat ka mausam-e-sarma ka sadr maqam tha. Gazetteer likhta hai ke Shahi Jirga har sardiyon mein Sibi mein jama hota tha aur is ki karrawai aam taur par ek khule darbar par khatam hoti thi jis ki sadarat Agent to the Governor General karta tha. Jirge ke ijlas Victoria Memorial Hall mein hote the, jo 1903 mein awami chande se taqriban 38,800 rupay mein tameer hua.

Jirge ke sath hi ghoron ki salana numaish lagti thi, jo gazetteer ke mutabiq 1885 mein shuru hui, har February mein lagti thi aur shimali Hind mein jawan ghoron ki behtareen mandiyon mein shumar hoti thi; ghore bershtar Kachhi aur pahari ilaqon se Brahui laate the. Sandeman 1876 mein Governor General ka Agent muqarrar hua tha aur qabaili jhagde nimtane ke liye salana jirge ki riwayat usi ne parwan chadhai; 1892 ki numaish ki sarkari report kehti hai ke is ki wafat ke baad sardaron ki dilchaspi kam rahi.

Sibi aamad

Quaid-e-Azam 11 February 1948 ko Sibi pahunche. Dawn ki tasweeri tareekh ke caption ke mutabiq Shahi Darbar mein Baloch sardaron ne un ka istiqbal kiya. Woh Karachi se kis raste aaye, yeh hamein kisi makhaz mein nahin mila.

Taqreer: "Taraqqi ka naya daur"

14 February ki taqreer mein Quaid-e-Azam ne Balochistan ke nazm-e-hukumat ka khaka pesh kiya aur elan kiya ke woh Governor General ki haisiyat se ek mushawirati council ki madad se soobe ka intezam chalayenge jis ke arkan woh namzad karenge.

Taqreer ka jo hissa sab se zyada naql hua, woh Islam aur jamhooriyat ke bare mein hai. Rizwan Ahmed ki kitab "Mere Quaid-e-Azam" ke hawale se alfaz yeh hain: "Aayiye hum log apni jamhooriyat ki bunyadein sachche Islami tasawwurat aur usoolon par ustuwar karen".

Usi din unhon ne Balochistan ke sarkari afsaron se khitab kiya, aur agle roz, 15 February ko, Sibi mein press conference ki. Express Tribune ke mutabiq is press conference mein unhon ne kaha: "Main Balochistan ki har mumkin tareeqe se madad karna chahta hoon".

Sibi mela aaj: Mela aaj bhi har baras lagta hai, aur is ki taqribat ki sadarat Governor ya wuzara karte hain.

Kya aap ke khandan mein 1948 ke Sibi darbar ya Sibi mele ki koi tasweer, tehreer ya yaddasht mehfooz hai? Hamein zaroor bhejein. Hum ise aap ke naam ke sath is safhe par shamil karenge.
